Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with ANNIRO. We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return Contact our team at support@anniro.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address upon approval. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@anniro.co so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please contact us at support@anniro.co.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Sale items and gift cards

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
